Puffins – Iceland (triptych)
I had many images of puffins that I loved from my experience photographing at the Látrabjarg Cliffs in the Westfjords region of Iceland in 2023. I wondered which image/s I should choose to exhibit and decided that a triptych would be a good way to exhibit more than one image. It was difficult to narrow down my choices but, in the end, I chose these three. I like that the puffins are moving, either with their wings or feet. It was fascinating watching and photographing them for about two hours mostly in the rain. The puffins did not seem bothered by the rain, they shook off rain drops and socialised with other puffins or they just happily lay, stood or wandered along the cliffs.
