Off the Beaten Track

Amy Loffler

Dryandra is located approximately 180km south-east of Perth and is the largest remnant of native vegetation in the western Wheatbelt. Tall, white-barked wandoo and paperbark trees fill the open eucalypt woodland and is home to many animals including the endangered numbat. If you are lucky, you may spot one playing and feeding amongst the logs and undergrowth.
