About the photographer
Austin is an emerging photographer from Perthโs north. He discovered photography whilst homeschooling to capture and share his love of nature.
In 2023, Austin was named a runner-up in Birdlife Australiaโs prestigious annual photography awards. He was also named a finalist in Australian Photographyโs Photographer of the Year (Junior category)
Austinโs goal in his photography is to creatively capture his subject in its natural environment ethically, not disturbing or interfering with his wild subjects in any way.
